Play in new window or tab/Save as MP3 - A Matter of Message, by Brad Abare:

Play in new window or tab/Save as MP3 - Visitors to volunteers – using volunteers for mentor ministry, by Karen Schenk and Doris Beck:
TruthMedia has seen many visitors discover and deepen their relationships with Christ and then helped them become volunteers (and some of them staff members!) There are many tools you can use to turn your website into a web-ministry. You can encourage your audience to connect with you, talk to one another, and be interactive on topics that are of significance. Many doors will open where you can minister to people as you engage with them through your websites, blogs, online mentoring or chat rooms. You can create opportunities for both engagement and involvement and help visitors become your volunteers.
